CHRISTOFER SMaribel is the best U-haul merchant I have ever dealt with. She always makes sure the vehicles are clean and that I'm satisfied before we take the trucks. I've rented from her a half dozen time now and won't go anywhere else. I hoghly recommend this location.

Alejandro DLocation is good (had plenty of parking space), unfortunately the truck that was given to me was dirty, to keep prices down I don’t think cleaning all trucks at every use would be the best solution but I think improvements can be made on the pictures that are requested at the end when dropping off your truck, I think U-Haul needs to be more precise on how to request pictures at the end, maybe by showing more examples, requesting key photo angles, requesting not to take pictures on an angle (to prevent not noticing trash/food remains), etc
Jesus VWhen I received the truck gas was just above empty, I took a photo, I then put gas in the truck and returned it filled more than I received, yet I was charged an additional $55 in fuel fees upon return

francisco cFirst attempt could not get signal at this location to do the rideshare on my phone after 20 minutes signal came through at that point it was after the time they made me call by the time I got in the truck there was no keys and nobody at the facility to provide keys next to a couple days later called prior to showing up make sure keys will be in truck and truck will be ready it was not keys were in truck but there was absolutely no gas completely empty app didn't work correctly because of this reason do not go to this facility

Jose PI was charged $150.04 and my bill $133.36. Try calling the facility to clarify this but didn't get an answer, nore have they called back. Also, check engine light was on. Call to check on it, but didn't get a response.

NYUYDINE MDon’t allow online pick up. Location did not have equipment. Should be told a head of time that equipment is not available. High dissatisfied at this experience.

Luis GI just had issues with being charged with a gas fee and insurance which I didn't add to my original insurance. I tried to reach.out to the location in regards to how much gas was put back they were really kind about it but said that the reservation had been closed and there was nothing more that they could do I reached out to you haul and I have yet to hear back from a supervisor. My only negative about this location is that it did not have enough gas to start with so it caused an inconvenience I had to put gas in there twice but other than that they're a great family and great people which is pretty refreshing. *The U-Haul was very clean which was a plus

josiah jThe entire procedure is great and the idea works. Only concern I have is with U-Haul App. Needs to be updated. I encountered a lot of issues with the app. Lots of bugs.

Joseph CThe only issue I had was the gas was on empty when I got it. Wasn’t sure I would make it to gas station. It stated just above empty but as soon as I started driving not even 12 feet it was exactly in the red (empty) I couldn’t even read mileage because it read low fuel.
Iris SWhoever is inspecting these trucks at this location is NOT doing their job!! I really injured myself because the back door fell on me (mid back ) while trying to open it. Upon further inspection, the door wiring was completely off track. This is the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I let the representative via chat know I could have really hurt myself thinking a head injury would've been worse, and I asked for my refund, however that wouldn't even suffice, I would like to open a claim because my mid back and lower back is really in pain. I also let the representative know at the location and he said He doesn't do be the inspection but only checks milage/gas etc. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: CHECK YOUR TRUCKS CAREFULLY.
