Our representative didn’t tell us much about any of the rules (such as filling the gas back up, or telling us about the charge for extra miles). Overall just a lack of communication.

I was told there was no leak... well how did my stuff get wet he said, there is no leak.... but there was a pool of water horrible service rude also!!!!! totally ignored the fact that I brought the concern up then tried to charge me 25.00 for two water soaked boxes left to provide proof...

Evan SmithThe location was not in a desirable location. The area is prone to high crime and the pickup location in particular was VERY cramped and hard to maneuver through safely. When we arrived, the clerk at the counter informed us that the fuel level of the truck that we were supposed to use was on "E" due to people breaking in and siphoning fuel from the trucks. He informed us that we would have to get fuel within a few miles to avoid having the truck stall out. Luckily, he had another truck on-site that he was able to provide us that had more fuel in the tank. The back of the truck was still very dirty from the previous renters and had not been swept out at all. The cab of the truck was also very dirty, with sticky residue all over the console and debris all over the cab. The windows were also very dirty, which required me to go through and clean them all to be able to have good visibility. The truck wound up leaving us stranded nearly 1300 miles into our move, having had both of the rear hubs blow their seals and shoot oil all over the car I was towing.

Mary JarsmaI was told I had half a tank and when I went to leave my gas light was on so I went to get gas and the gas line was cut I had to wait outside for almost 2 hours just to get over charged for the gas that I put in and the miles I didn't drive. The are trying to charge me well over $200 for only 2 days and all I did was get a Christmas tree run the the dump which is not even 10mins away and pick up a mattress all of which was well Under 30mi. Idk fuck this place. They don't inspect their vehicles and are lazy!!

John JamesI rented this item (4'x8' open pull behind trailer) at about 4:30pm, returned it same day before 6pm - less than 2 hours!! This item was rented with coverage. The next day, I received the bill for over $45... for a $14 trailer and coverage for 2 hours!! I'm concerned that I was over charged and will talk to the establishment on Monday regarding this issue.

Arnelle AguadaThere are multiple rental locations listed online in spots that no longer have trucks or a kiosk. I drove to multiple locations believing I’d find a truck rental and instead it was just an empty parking lot or a gas station. If it’s possible that this gets to the higher ups that control that it would be really helpful for other people! Also, I was in a rush when I did my drop off and it wasn’t made clear I needed to be near the vehicle and have the key the whole time for the drop off process. I saw that it asked me how I wanted to pay and thought I was done! Unfortunately it wouldn’t let me upload photos from my camera roll, so I could leave an explanation of why I didn’t have pictures of access to the truck anymore. Maybe move the pay step to the end, and provide clearer instructions for each step *before* the drop off process starts so that doesn’t happen…

Veronica GemmellThe person managing this facility was great. Very professional. You could tell that he was doing an above average job given the equipment that he has. Unfortunately this facility is very difficult. Extremely tight, hard to get around. I honestly can’t believe they function here as a uHaul facility. The trailer I rented was difficult to load to my truck, because it was parked on a slope. There was gravel all over it which made it hard to use, and the strap wasn’t long enough on one side to go over the tire of the truck I was hauling. So it wasn’t safe and useable equipment. Very frustrating.

Ramon TorrescotaMaybe this is typical for other uhaul locations, or maybe it was just a last minute callout or something, but there was only one person running the place, checking people in, and there was a line of 4-5 people when I got there 5 minutes after they opened. The trucks were at least ready to go and parked somewhere easily accessible, but I think it would be a good idea to have a second person working with a line of reservations like that. Also, the same guy was there when I returned the truck and he was pretty rude. He asked me why I couldn’t manage to park the truck closer to the office entrance. I would suggest giving instructions at checkin regarding where to park when returned if it’s that big of a deal.
