I was supposed to drop-off at 9:30 a.m., and I was there at 9. There was nobody to drop-off the keys with, nor was there even a dropbox. The app wouldn't open up, so that I could do the self-checkout. Luckily, the owners' father came and asked if I needed help, and after explaining the situation, he took the keys and said his son would call. When he did not after several hours, I called him, and he said he would take care of it. By the time he did, I was charged for another day. Bottom line, no I would not recommend this location for truck drop-off.
Michael LRazo was awesome. He was very flexible with my return time and was very respectful and professional.
