Dome and map lights didn't work. Trash on the floor and in the cup holder. No windshield washer fluid.

TROY JThe trailer I rented online was not available when I arrived. Apparently, the “system” reserved at their Simpson road location and not the Scott road store. The representative said the confusion happens often. With the help of the Uhaul call center they switched my reservation but with a different (more expensive) trailer. I was inconvenienced by about an hour and had to pay more. Very dissatisfied with the entire experience.

VENTURA RThe staff were great. This location is at a mulch and soil seller. There was dust every where. There are not safe walkways from the office to the truck location; too many surfaces for someone to trip or slip down on. Getting out of the location and onto the surface street is a challenge, especially turning left. One is turning across three lanes, on a grade, and the street has heavy traffic. Truck was covered with dust outside. Inside, I found some left behind trash. The truck I had, GMC with v-8 engine, 10 ft cargo hold, was a gas hog. Drove 87 miles and it consumed a half tank of gas. The transmission in this baby began to hesitate when downshifting and this sometimes caused jerking and banging of the drive shaft.
