I wasted 30-45 minutes on the check-in process through the mobile. Why did you allow me to reserve a Uhaul with an out of state drivers license if you knew that was going to be a problem during check in? I expect to check-in, do the whole checking the truck before I leave thing, and leave. I’m really reconsidering renting Uhaul again when I move in 2 weeks because of that. Smooth out your verification process

Emilio CTruck was clean. Pick up was quick and easy. They had exactly what I needed! Very good customer service!
Elisha DI was very disappointed with the rental, they gave me a dirty truck and on top of that they stole $25 from me. I have pictures that they gave me the truck dirty and everything. I turned the truck in clean. I have pictures of how o turned the truck in with the amount of gas that they gave to me. But on top of that they still charged me 9.99 for the gas. I never had an issue when I rent inside the building. But since this was from a dealership they tried to rob me of my money by making things up. I will never rent from them again.
