Craig RobertVery difficult to hook up the Uhaul. Why is there no wheel to crank up to put on the hitch? The thing weighs a ton and I nearly got a hernia! Took me about 20 mins. to get it on the hitch!
Joseph BettroEmployee was not very helpful. I had to manhandle trailer and attach it to my truck by myself. Employee really had no idea on how to attach trailer and safety chains. It's a good thing I was able to find the attachment instructions.
Brian BoczarWas told after turn in that I had to decline the $15 moving insurance payment, which I didn't know I was signed up for, after I was billed for it. Staff said that multiple customers have been complaining about it, feeling as though the terms are not properly discussed and the fee is a sneaky footnote.

Gary NelsonThe building is a disgusting mess , the clerk has no idea what the costs of rental are , the tires on the truck I rented needed air in them. When I returned the truck another customer in the building threatened me. Overall the place is a mess and it is evident why no business has survived in the location.

Timothy HotalingI highly recommend using the services of the UHAUL in Gardner, MA. The owner was friendly and efficient taking care of the paperwork . I paid $1.09/ mile plus $15 for insurance and $19.99 for the truck . All I had to do was put in the gas I had used and drop the key off and my receipt was waiting for me on my computer when I got home . Moving is usually stressful but I found my experience with UHAUL Gardner to be stress-free ! Thank you my friend, " Stress-Free Lance "

Ronald AmolingHands down the worst location ever, no service, phone number doesn't work, when you call the phone number on the door it goes to a voice mail that isn't set up and you can't leave a message. Lock box located on the side of the building where no one can see it. you call this a uhaul place - I call it a shit hole parking lot with no service, next time i'm going Ryder at least they care about their customers.

MARGERY KENCHTake U-Haul name away from this location. It was absolutely horrible. It was a young kid who didn't know half of anything what he was doing. I think he was high. And I did try to call to me before hours after I had the U-Haul to ask him some questions try and extend my contract day I couldn't get a hold of him he had no email setup no phone number I text him called several times on the number he gave me. I finally emailed customer service they got back with me stated someone would get back with me through there. No one and I repeat no one ever got back to me. When I finally talked to someone at Customer Service headquarters in Arizona which I finally called and they resolved my issues perfectly I have no problems with you all it was this location. I asked that guy what would you have done if your truck is blown up on the side of the highway and I was trying to get in touch with you because the next time I heard from him was when I was late returning my truck the next day he wanted to know where his truck was. I had already extended my contract through customer service in Arizona, I'm like sir did you even look up my contract before you called me. I would never deal with this location again ever. And when I went to return the truck we parked it the light was on stating open but there were absolutely nobody inside no lights on so I don't think they were open with no phone number to call either. I rate this location a negative 10 out of 10
Sonia CurtinThe back opening was frozen shut and I found that we couldn't open it. I drove back to the pickup location for help; proprietor wasn't there, he had gone to a bank 25 minutes away and we had to wait for an hour for him to return. We switched trucks and the rest of the trip was ok. The cost was more than I anticipated, the person I had initially spoke with did not tell me about the mileage charges.
Paula EricksonI felt it was a pricey and unprofessional. I wasn't told about any deals, got charged for equipment I did not need and wasn't told the price for a few extra hours and wasn't asked for authorization for U-Haul to take more money out of my CC for the few extra hours I needed the truck for. Then at drop off I was told I was all set then when I left more money was taken out of my CC without my authorization.

Melissa LyonnaisCheck-in took over 20 minutes. Breaks on vehicle were very poor. Took almost 30ft to come to a complete stop. I mentioned this to the uHaul associate when I returned the vehicle.
