My hand trucks weren’t in the vehicle but I was charged for them. Had to go to another location to pick them up. Also had to drop vehicle at different location than I pickup up. Very inconvenient
Chad JAs I left this truck at the rental location after hours, my only interaction with the people was over the phone when I asked to add an additional day to my rental. Girl on the phone was very nice and addressed my needs in a friendly manner. Drop off with the key box was a cinch and I was glad I could do it at a time that suited me better than normal business hours.
