Crystal LThe U-haul was disgusting. The facility said they take no responsibility for their vehicles because they are an independent location. I could barely see through the windshield because it was so dirty on the inside. The staff was rude. The vehicle only had a 5/8th tank and I was told to just guess when filling it up and get it close. There was no walk around of the vehicle, and they pointed me to the back of the lot and said it was somewhere back there to find.

Zakaria eLots of debris and trash in the cab and back of truck. Had a issue with millage listed, but the rep on site resolved very quickly. Definitely will recommend this place.

Kris HMy reservation was for a location in Aurora, Co., minutes away from the airport. At the last minute it was "arbitrarely" changed to Centennial, Co., adding an unexpected extra cost to trip without compensation or considerstion. Then to find a filthy truck!

MAUREEN DThe vehicle wasn’t clean on the exterior and I couldn’t see out the windows and mirrors creating a safety issue, so I wiped them down on site and had to scrub them in my driveway. However, the girl at the counter was very personable and kind. I have no complaints about the staff. I think the tre truck was just left in bad condition.
Juana CThere was cigarette ash in the car. Two open beer bottles rolling around under the seat. The passenger door wouldn’t stay locked or closed. It flew open while driving. The vehicle was a death trap.
Chris WLug nuts missing from one or more tires!!! "Mobile One" could not offer a receipt because they gave no printers??? 15 foot truck struggled to gain normal speed limit until reaching third gear... No pre-inspection and was insistent on asking for a post inspection to point out flaws of the vehicle. All in all it did get the job done. Thank you.

PRESTON AMaybe clean the truck in between guests. There was a fair amount of dust and dirt inside the cabin.

Alma TBarely any gas. Had to put gas in before even leaving. The truck was clean but two pads weren’t folded and they charged a $25 cleaning fee. Will not go to this location. Lady was friendly upon going over paperwork before I got handed keys but that’s all I have to say about this location. Do not recommend
Andrea SSuper convenient and easy check in and return. Even more exceptional was that it was connected to a gas station so it was very convenient to fill up with gas upon return. Staff was super friendly and nice. Would definitely rent from here again. Everything went super smooth.

We returned to this location for more pads, the young man who helped me with this was new and didn't know how to arrange this. To his credit, he was pleasant and did his best to take care of me, which I appreciate. A bit more training would have made the second experience as good as the first.

Angelica MThe entire van smelled like it had been used to haul baby diapers. I was in desperate need so I put up with the smell and transferred my family’s belongings in the disgusting vehicle. I have rented from this location 4 times previously, all of those were fantastic. This rental was a significant disappointment. After writing this review, I hope that I don’t get blamed for the poor condition of this vehicle. Again, service at this location has typically been superb…
Steven GDealing with the staff at this location while picking up the truck and dropping off was difficult. Waited awhile for help, with no one else in line. The extras I ordered were placed on the sidewalk for me to load into the truck. The tank was not full. When I brought the truck back, there was not a suitable place to park it and the employee was pushy and sort of blaming me for the problem. It was raining buckets at the time, and the employee wanted me to rearrange the truck for her after I filled the tank, even though it was not full. It was an unpleasant experience at this location.

John BThe lady I spoke with at the 4590 S Reservoir Rd Centennial, CO 80015 location over the phone is an excellent customer service agent. She’s well spoken, very polite and most of all very helpful.
Maia WFor starters, you should not allow reservations if you can’t follow through with them. Moving is already stressful enough without every aspect of your booking changing last minute. Secondly, if you send an email to someone saying “Amount due at pick up” that should be the amount that’s due at pick up. My total was $110 more than what my email invoice said it would be. Lastly, I spoke with three different representatives to try and resolve my issue, the first was fantastic, the second ARGUED with me rather than even try to sympathize with what was going on. I’m beyond disappointed and will not be using U-Haul again.
Amber GI got difficulty when I request to extend. They offer an extension but I got text that the truck only can available for 1 hours.
Syaiful II was unable to find my online receipt and know if I got my 25 dollar cleaning credit. I know I left clean but don’t want to pay a fee when I cleaned truck better than when I got it. It was clean but made sure cleaner than when I was in it
