Gary WTruck was not ready at all and had 3 bad tires. One which actually had a hole in it. They made me take the truck to another location to wait another hour to have the tires replaced!!! This cost me an extra $500 in mover fees because they did not have a truck at my house in time for them to start loading. This is totally unacceptable and I would like reimbursed for the moving cost to me.

GREGORY BWe dropped off trailer on a Sunday and they where closed. We tried checking in via the web site but there was no service. I had to call every day to make sure it was checked in so I was not charged for extra days. Even after leaving 2 VM I still had to call. Communication is poor. Even if the boss is out of town you should still have communication with your customers.
