I waited until 10PM for them to give me another code to the lock box and I paid for until 1:30AM. I was rushed in my moving process and I had to drive 120 miles on 4 hours sleep when I had work that morning at 6AM. I called for assistance and was transferred to 3 departments before someone could get me assistance. I stood outside in the cold for approx. 2 hours trying to open up the lock box while on the phone. I was very dissatisfied and felt like I had been scammed out of my time and money. I will never use U-Haul again
