When I checked in I had to do all the work myself. Scan license, back and front. I didn't receive any paperwork or instructions about mileage or gas useage, etc. The vehicle was parked half on the curb on a busy street. Snow was still on the front windshield and there were blankets in the truck that I did not ask for. Overall I honestly would recommend any one of the other places that I've used.

ANTOINETTE BLocation-wise, it was convenient. But pay attention or you might miss the small and faded sign NAVIS PACK AND SHIP. Plus there is no real place to park your car and will have to find space within the residential blocks off N. Main Street.
Matthew AThe van was in excellent condition, clean a relatively new. Even had a working backup camera! Pickup and return was very smooth and fast. They loose one point for the web site offering moving blankets that this store does not carry.

William vMy only issue is that they don't have more vans. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!! They are so prefessional and friendly. Man, I would work for them if there was a job opening there. Thanks for a wonderful renting experience!!!!!!
