On the occasions that I have rented from Aviator, the app will not recognize my location on return. Other than that, all is good.

Allan HansonThe inside of the door was filthy and got a few things dirty. Water from the rain and road will splash up inside and get things dirty so maybe tell people to put a tarp or something over the end stuff.
Katie LearnIf it's 24/7 pickup we shouldn't have had to wait an hour to get it to activate. No person from the location answered or was there despite being open hours. Huge waste of time on our moving day. Also, when returning the truck - that didn't work either. Would never recommend pick up at a location that isn't open because the system doesn't work.

martin wardWe were told the day before that there wasn’t a truck for us, so had to dive an hour to pick it up and an hour back. Then told we needed to buy chains for the truck, just to have in the cab(even though there was no snow)Couldn’t rent the chains, had to buy them and now I have no use for the chains.The app to return the truck wouldn’t work, so after 15 try’s gave up and finally got the dealer to return the truck for us. Not a great experience. Will not use U-Haul ever again.

shelley wilsonBy checking in trailer when dropped off not putting it off and then call me 2 days later asking about the trailer and in the meantime when mentioned abut my deposit being back in a few days we'll that hasn't happened and is a week since I got trailer and will be probably a week since I dropped it off and not see my deposit, that is unacceptable.
John KrugalThe only negative is the exorbitant fee U-Haul charges for dropping off the 6x12 trailer to a different city, It would have cost me $1500 to do so. Forcing me to drive 1200 km three times to drop it off where I picked it up. A total nonsense.

Shawn Holmthe pickup was average but the drop off was well below average. I was charged an additional $20 fee because they were not open because of the easter weekend. Even though i dropped it off a day early. That is not fair and it leaves a very sour taste with me. I called the drop off location and they said it was U-hauls policy, t have not been charged in the past for this!
