Queen OkoloiseMake sure the rate is explained. I was not told there would be a $20 charge for after hour turn in. Also, a QR code to scan for the online checkin would be helpful. My phone service was not good, so I had to borrow someone else’s phone to check in. Then, I was annoyed at the number of photos I had to take in order to complete the check-in. This whole after hours check-in should be easier.

Karen RandallThe equipment had lots of sand inside. The cup holders had spill stains. Also, this review includes the first truck that I couldn't receive due to app misfunctioning. After going back and forth, I was provided a truck at a different location, with out Dolly and cloth wraps. Poor, extremely poor service. The trucks were standing in front of me but I couldn't get it because the app was not working and the representative was also not able to rectify the issue.

Roburt McClellanThe check in process was tedious and cumbersome. It was not user friendly. Also it appears we were charged $169 for the truck and it was supposed to be $89. Now in going to spend another 30 minutes to an hour trying to get this rectified.
Lawrence BischofDuring the time I was there a truck was brought back in it was not checked so it did not get clean but it was in pretty decent shape to use the personnel was great the truck I wanted was not available because of not enough fuel but the truck that was a larger side he gave me for the same price of the truck that I originally wanted so I thought that was a great deal other than that I go to that location all the time and I've always been satisfied so I will continue to go.

Karen RandallCommunication could use some improvement. We reserved the truck for early morning on a Sunday & were told this would be fine. We called Friday & confirmed the before operating hours pick -up & again were re-assured this would be fine. The day of pick - up we discovered we could NOT have the truck until the agent showed up at 10a. This put us way behind schedule. The afterhours lock box for returning the truck is a nice convenience & worked out perfectly. The agent was friendly & helpful. Overall, I would give this location 4 out of 5. The only complaint is the misleading information regarding before hours rental pick-up time.

Billy JordanHave an air compressor on site. I let employee know I had a low front tire during initial inspection of truck. Addressed the low tire. He couldn’t help. Suggested I go and get tire Aires up. Not only did I have to pAy to air up the tire before I could start my full 2 days of moving, I was charged a road hazard charge. This should be waived since I had to take care of the problem MYSELF!

DAVID MORENOGood morning. I noticed I am being charged for the 15' rate and my initial reservation that was confirmed was for the 10' truck. I was called by the uHaul rep and was advised that the 10' was no longer available and if the 15' would be ok. Any way this can be fixed? I spoke to Mr. Hernan and he made the adjustments, and it seems to have changed back to 15'.
