First of all, the address is not correct. I wouldn't recommend because apparently my rental was not checked in properly. I got a phone call from a representative that said I had not returned the rental. She was very rude. Then she said I should have dropped it off at the Old Hickory location. Well, I didn't pick it up there so why return it there? I want the location pick up to know it is returned. Then I got another call the next day saying the rental wasn't returned. Some how the problem was fixed and I told them about the address as well. They had charged me for an out of town fee. I had returned the item before 5pm. I picked it up at 9:23.
