I love this location. Customer service is always exceptional. On this occasion, the truck I rented smelled like a dirty cat box. I informed the woman at the desk, and she was very gracious. Thankfully, I was moving trash and not home goods, or I would have had to get another truck and experience a delay in meeting my project goals.

Most of the U-haul staff are honorable, just need some PR and ethics training. Our small town in WA is great, has no problems. Seems to be big city problem.

Luther Mohneyrude and condescending customer service. after being bounced between 3 uhaul pick up locations, i was directed to this one but my pick up time was an hour before the location opened. i asked to do mobile pick up, i was asked if i knew how and was never given the opportunity to respond. when she stopped attempting to speak over me, i said i know how to do mobile pick up because i’ve done it before, she responded with she doesn’t need to know about my history with it, she’s just explains it because many people don’t know. then on the day i was set to pick it up there was no mobile pick up set up for my truck so we waited an hour before we could get the keys. we were across the street and at 9:01 AM i received a call asking where we were since our time was an hour ago. she then proceeded to give an unnecessarily long winded explanation of all of the payments i had made an hour ago, asked me to purchase things i had already purchased, again, an hour ago.

When we arrived there we no trucks available for us due to a wrecked truck the day prior. We were then told to go to Centralia, 52 miles away. The only good thing was the wonderful, professional woman there. Her customer service was excellent!

We had to cancel and redo the reservation multiple times. This is the second time I've had this experience. It just seems like a very difficult process that in both instances took me over an hour to get '"verified"

Walter AustinWhen I picked up the truck in Centralia the lady was very rude and charged my card before verification of the amount. Upon looking at the receipt, I noticed that the price and mileage had changed. She was not handling the issue of the bill very well and told me that she doesn't have to give me the truck if she chooses to. When I researched the requirements for towing my car I was told by uhaul that I only need to use the single axle tow behind. Upon calling my car dealership they told me it would destroy it because it's a hybrid. So I decided to use the 2 axle tow bed instead and had to drive out of my way to pick it up. I also verified that this trailer would work by uhaul. When I tried to load the car, I discovered that there was no way I could get it on the trailer without damaging or removing my bumper area. I looked up any and all information regarding the proper use of this and any additional tips... they did not work and uhaul HAS NEVER LOADED THIS CAR BEFORE! Otherwise they would have had the same problem as I did. Now I had to return another tow trailer and add more mileage to my trip, not to mention, the frustration and time it took(2+ hrs). The uhaul customer service lady on the phone was super helpful and took care of all my needs.

Took 45 freaking minutes to pick up my truck after hours, when the U-Haul rep told me it was easy to do and would only take a few minutes. I even called U-Haul for assistance 3 times during my attempt to pick up via mobile process. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT do this pick-up method (unfortunately I had to because I couldn’t get to location to pick up before they closed).

ANITA JOYCE BARNESI was told I could drop off vehicle in Issaquah. I was told there were multiple locations to do this. I went to an Issaquah location only to find there weren't any drop off sites in Issaquah, that I would have to drive to Renton to drop it off. Had the customer service person verified this when I picked up in Centralia, it would have not cost me time, my daughter time, frustration in locating a new location and in general setting back an entire day of "must get done" items to a chaotic mess. In general everyone was polite and nice. The information was incorrect, the effort to make certain I could drop off a truck was all it would have taken to not disrupt several people's day and events supposed to take place during the day. This was a poor experience, a frustrating experience, and it did not have to be this way. One phone call would have allowed me to not miss multiple places in a domino effect.

Kathryn OneitaVehicle wasn't serviced (window washing fluid was empty, oil sensors were messaging that the oil was 0% serviceable, cable running down back of door to assist opening and closing was not secured. ) When I delivered the truck the receiver stated that they were filling a complaint against the storage unit that released the truck in that condition. I was glad I noticed these items before I left the facility. The truck was not a year old and had only 9,000 miles yet not maintained...

David GeyerWas not happy with the truck. I made the reservation back in March for this truck and told them I needed a bench seat because their were 3 adults. I get there and I had to get one with 2 bucket seats and a very small middle seat. Going 1400 miles like that was not very comfortable. My sister and I traded off seating there but we still ended up with back aches and very swollen feet. Also the tranny sounded like it was ready to quit at any time and I had to have someone shut the passenger door rom outside because it wouldn't shut completely. Other than that is was fine.
