tammie cNot on them but on the reservation system. The app offered 24/7 rental access. That did not work for this location. Even though I’d already uploaded my driver’s license, I had to show it again. Did not give an option for a second driver on the app so had to do that in the office.

Shannon KOriginally I reserved the truck at a different location, with an earlier pick up time 8:30am. I had movers scheduled to start at that time. Morning of pick up, I was notified to pick truck up at new location, which did not open until 9am! I had to pay an extra hours to the movers!! Both locations told me that, Corporate office has a tendency to change locations!! Not a good way to do business. Customers should pick up equipment at location the reservation is set. Customer knows more than Corporate does! Kris R

Jon FThe final pick up location was fine. The truck was good and it was an easy transaction. However, when I went to pick up my truck at the original location I was told it would not be there. Even though it stated guaranteed rental or $50 back. That didn’t seem to be the case.

Lynne YBe honest about the fuel and mileage that’s on the truck. I was charged an extra $100 plus because it wasn’t correct. I took a picture of the dash before I drove off just in case but me trusting your company’s integrity did my self a disservice. Other than that, everything else was good.

Rodney AWe asked to extend our truck rental through the customer service line to find out that they never did it. When it was returned back to the original sure we were told that it was late $$$. The email confirmation was on my phone but not in their system 😫. That was lovely and caused all kinds of up changes but the office was kind enough to extend their courtesy and fix it for us. Goes to show you that you should always call the CS line a few times to get the best 2 out of 3 answers. Kudos to the actual site manager that we rented from!
lori mThis location was awesome, but I'm disappointed the location on the SR238 I had originally reserved a truck from never answered the phone nor was anyone in the office when I went to pick it up. Thankfully these folks had what I needed available and the transaction went smoothly.

Marita MGas tank stated 46 miles to E upon start up. Had to immediately fuel. Also was never notified that the dolly that we requested was not fulfilled which halted or moving plans. The app in order for mobile pick up is difficult to use. Constantly has to be reloaded and refreshed to operate correctly. I couldn’t even get it right on my own phone. Needed my girlfriend to download the app to pickup and return the truck.
