Duane VThey stole my car, and parked it behind a locked lot! We called from Sat at 9pm until Monday when I showed up. They charged me an extra day of rental, bc I couldn’t return bc I had no car. Said I parked by a uhaul, well yeah! I had no idea where to park at 4pm on Saturday evening. There was a note that said don’t park in front of building, blocking the door, the gate or the side entrance. So I parked in an open spot! Worst service ever! I have used Uhaul as I have moved 10 times and never have I been treated like this, like I did something illegal!

Carl DChange description on what will fit in truck. I rented one based on fitting a one bedroom apartment in it and it did not! Had to make two trips and it costed me an additional $100.00 very unhappy about this. Apartment part needs to be taken off description on state 1 small bedroom.

steve fCustomer service was exceptionally good! Truck availability for a local move was extremely limited. We explained our needs and time table to the folks at Marquis Chevron and they called us with a solution 2 days before the move. That saved us 2 x 2-hour round trips to get and return a truck or having to maneuver a much larger truck through an apartment complex with questionable options for turning the truck around. (The original reservation was made well in advance.) They also managed to come up with a package of moving pads (also in short supply).
