sebastien fUn accueil chaleureux et sympathique par David chez U-Haul Longueuil. Un homme professionnel et courtois qui répond à toute les questions et qui nous donne l'heure juste donc, pas de surprise.. mais... Le prix payé était tel que sur le contrat sauf... 4.76$ facturé pour le paiement par carte de crédit. Surprise !! Un peu exagéré selon moi. L'argent comptant n'est pas accepté, ni la carte de débit. Prise et retour du véhicule facile et rapide. Fourgon utilitaire de 9' très propre et récent. L'essence était au 3/4 plein. 1ère expérience et certainement pas la dernière.
Josee BLe vendeur étais arrogant / bête / Je devais payer 93$ !!!!! Et surprise 125$ N’ayant pas de carte de crédit sur moi j’ai payer avec ma carte crédit/débit et le monsieur me dit : comme c’est une carte débit je dois prendre 125$ et vous remettre la différence à votre retour !!! En plus de pas me redonner mon argent il a rajouter 10$ Pris 4h00 et non 1 journée !!! Au retour du camion le vendeur étais dehors assis a une table et n’a jamais voulu se lever car il voulais regarder l’éclipse de soleil !!!! N’a jamais voulu aller vérifier le kilométrage que c’était pas sa job !!!!! En gros ça pris 45 minutes avant qu’il nous donne un service !!!! Je viens de partir en business et je vais devoir régulièrement me servir d’un camion et je peu vous garantir que je ne prendrai plus jamais vos services

Alain BFirst of all not sure why the price was 3x higher than last year. All the trailers hitch were frozen in the ground ,. The first trailer was very old and no ramp older hitch ,I needed help to pull it out of the ground and move it to get to the trailer behind it and a customer helped me with it . The one I was talking was also frozen in the ground but we were unable to pull it out . I thank him and went back in to inform the person and get a kettle of hot water, which I went upstairs to boil because she was busy with another customer. I then went outside and poured the hot water on y he ground to be able to soften the ground where the hitch was attached once I got it up my wife tried to help me but it was too heavy for us to do on our own I went back in and told the woman she need to come outside and help push it off the block it was also stuck on . My pick up was at 10 am and I spent 50 minutes trying to free the trailer from the ground. First time and last time I will go there the drop off the as always very helpful and nice maybe because there more then one person working there . Not sure why you would have one older woman working by herself . I am also 62 and wasn’t planning on all this heavy lifting .. Not sure why the price was so different then all the other times .

GABRIEL PThe tires were not adequate for snow and ice. The Uhaul app doesn't work well. It was impossible to use it to pick up and return the truck. The phone support is in English and Spanish only - no French.

Lucie DI was suppose to have a pick up with my cell phone but it was not available. When I returned the vehicle, the employee charged me extra because I had not put gas in the vehicle. Since I only traveled 14 km, I don't understand this ridiculous surcharge.

michel bLe gars m’a demander de passer le balais dans le trailer. Oui c est vrai j ai été porter des matériaux de construction. Mais quand je loue une chambre d hôtel je ne fait pas le ménage en partant. Et sa n a jamais été un problème quand j ai louer des camion ou de trailer au autres succursale. j ai trouvé ça un peu ordinaire et si il y avait eu une pénalité à payer je l aurais payé…

VINCENT DBon accueil à la prise du camion par une personne mais très mauvais service client au retour par une autre personne. Le commis a ignoré les questions à propos du tarif qui a été le double de ce qui avait été prévu et ne donne pas de réponse. Il a à peine daigner nous regarder.

Nerelord LTell the next customer not to go on the location in Saint-Hubert on Tashereau blvd. And go to Hero Creation instead because the other location is horrible and give a bad image to U Haul! Thank god they were out of stock, it gave me the opportunity to discover this one😁. Send an undercover client from your corporate office to witness the horrible service and fire your staff there and fix the problem. Thanks and hopefully this comment somewhat negative helps to change and bring a better service to the other location.
