This is what you didn't for me . I didn't have all the money on my card so when it got there they didn't charge me extra money for it

The first U Haul truck fell through and we were scrambling to find another truck. We just happened upon this site. They were able to get us in a truck within 15-20 minutes. The gentleman answered my questions and was very helpful in determining a truck size.

Rodney HThe location was to be pen at 9 AM, but no one showed up until 9:25 AM. The rate was higher than the original quote and I was told there was a deposit that would be refunded after I dropped the trailer off. I did not receive or sign any contract and was told all is in order, so, I left with the trailer. Later that evening I saw the contract and I was charged for insurance which I was not asked about nor approved.

TERRON TThere is no drop box for the key when returning the truck. I called UHaul to find out what to do with the key. A recording said there was a 15-20 minute wait for an agent, so I started my stopwatch. Over 40 minutes later I was able to talk with an agent. By this time I had left the location. The agent spoke with a field manager who said there was no drop box at this location due to break-ins and I should return to the store and she would call be back in a few minutes. After waiting at the location for almost another 15 minutes with no call back, I checked the boxes where the pick-up keys were located. One was unlocked. I put the key in, locked the box, and left. On the way home the agent called back and told me what I did was what she was going to instruct me to do. It took over an hour to return a key. If a dropbox is not available for key return, there should be some sign or other communication telling how to return the key. Completely unacceptable.

ET SI didn't know my drop off time so I got charged an extra 20 I assumed I had to get my trailer there by closing time because it's what I did the previous two trips

kevin tI had the truck for less and Han 24 hours but I was charged the truck rental fee and coverage fee for two days. When I asked the owner about he said it nothing he can do about it. I ended up call customer service and the representative refunded me the money of almost $37.
Leslie MI tried to drop off my truck and there was nowhere to leave the key. I see a Dropbox that has a lock on it that no one gave me the code to. I called the so called “24 hour” customer service and waited in the pitch dark for an hour and no one answered. I put $15 worth of gas in the truck and it’s saying I didn’t put enough when the man who gave me the truck put the info in incorrectly. I got charged ANOTHER $15 for no reason. I’ve never had an experience like this with U-Haul. I won’t do this location again.

Tony GThe person at the location did not go threw the contact Thoroughly. He had an attitude and stopped answering phone and kept sending to voicemail because I had questions about contact. I will be doing service with different company he was very rude and kept saying he don’t know about the trucks just look threw email. He could not explain charges or anything about code to place key In he did not say there will be an extra charge for after hours and I told him that why will he schedule me back for after hours if it cost extra I would have came early the next morning to do moving and I also put on line that I will be using 60miles and the charge was to be $47 and change but at the last minute he called and said I can book with him then charge me $53 but told me it’s going to be $60 something dollars but then I called him back he said $70 something dollars then I look and it was $100 dollars took out I called again and he kept sending me to voicemail box .very unprofessional poor location will never go back it looks like a junk yard and chop shop for old used cars. He kept hollaring on phone and talking over me as I’m asking questions about my money and mike and the hours he gave me was to return at 7:30 but today he said they closed at 5 I should not be charged extra and he never explain that in contact and never gave me a print out just a key and told my bring back at 7:30. I had to hide key in a nasty bbq grill instead of drop box because he never gave me a code.. very un exceptable
