Their parking for return trucks is less than amicable

Melvin MThe pick up (through truckshare 24/7) on the app was terrible. I spent an hour trying to get it to work, but I never managed to proceed past the ‘processing’ of my picture/driving licence. After spending 30 minutes on hold, I was told to use the website, where it worked. I was directed to use the app when I made the booking- either make the app work, or get rid of it- or at least put a big warning on it telling people to use the website if it doesn’t work.

Mohammad TOverall great service truck was well maintained and clean. The only problem was the uhaul app would not work properly it took 27 min just to finalize our return. Would definitely recommend this location! Great friendly and helpful service.

Chris BI had a problem with the website. It said that my pick-up was the Kell East location and then the day before pick up I was informed by text that it was this location, but the pick up location online never changed. This location did not have the appliance dolly that I had reserved. That was a significant inconvenience.
