I was at the wrong pick up location and the attendant went out of his way to help me cancel the other pick up and be able to get the truck at the location I wanted! Very patient and polite!
wasn't a very friendly place but pretty clean overall. The guy who helped me return the truck was very quiet or not good at communicating. i had to ask him my questions about 3 times before he would answer me. then at one point in the middle of the transaction he just walked outside and when i asked him where he was going he didn't respond. then came back in after inspecting the truck for a moment. i said, is everything ok. he didn't answer, so again i said the same thing. then he mumbled to himself before saying, your all good bro, thanks. you can go.
I made reservations to pick up track at 8am and when I called on the day of pick up I was told to come back at 12pm because the owner of the store was not available. I went back at 12 pm the owner of the store who helped me was so rude and ended up giving me a track with a graffiti painting and when I asked to change to a track that had no graffiti he refused yet they were extra tracks outside his store. He told me if I did not want the track he was ready to cancel my contract. Very poor customer service skills.
The note to location stated I needed a major credit card to release vehicle. If that is the case then tell me on the phone. Visa card from Navy Federal is a major credit card. Next time I go to uhaul and they say same thing. I'll go elsewhere. Thank you!
The system did not register my full , order, it took an hour to return my truck. The attendant was on the phone in Indian the whole time and required I pay in cash.
