Nothing, everything went well!
Gary WMy reservation was changed due to equipment availability. When they changed my reservation the store booked my location for return incorrect. No one told me they were changing it from the original one. On top of that I get a call in the morning saying that the uhaul would be reported stolen. Horrible customer service and the uhaul had a service light.
Dontarius BIt was closed when I dropped off. App would not work, but was finally able to complete it via website.
Octavio TThe single employee I interacted with was nice and polite. She was willing to help me outside of business hours so I could retrieve the dolly I requested that was not in the truck. The truck itself was clean but it sounded like the was an exhaust leak and I could smell exhaust fumes inside the cab. Especially at a traffic light. Picking up the truck as a 24/7 pick up was not easy. The email I received said to show up at 8:00am but when I got online it said to show up at 9:00am

THOMAS PI dropped off the vehicle the night before it was due. I placed the gas gauge where I received it. In-between 1/2 and 3/4’s. I noticed a 70 dollar charge on my card. They charged me for gas and after hour fees! I have used uhaul multiple times and first time I was taking advantage of. This is BS! Is this how we do it in?

Ubaldo RThe only thing wrong with my rental was that they couldn’t get the equipment I needed (dolly and padding blankets) which wasn’t to big a deal. The staff at Pinnacle storage where I picked up were all very nice.
