It would have been nice to have the 20' size truck I requested, but it appears the availability of this size is far and few between. U-Haul tried sending me to a Harriman location that was no longer open....very happy I drove there the evening before to check it out.

ROBERT CThis is the drop off location I picked and the one I used. However I was charged a bunch of extra money because they said it was the wrong location. Also, no one was even there when we dropped the truck off. The lot was a total mess. Someone was living inside one of the open trucks. Worst experience I have ever had with a service provider - and I am not exaggerating, I mean that literally (and that is a high bar!).

JOHN MWould recommend better signs that are not faded and better designation for drop off location. There are two separate lots and neither was marked well.

JUDITH MGive a thorough explanation as to the interior workings of the vehicle. I didn't know what half the buttons on the dashboard were for or how to use them. The manual that came with the truck was difficult to under- stand and confusing. I couldn't even figure out where the emergency break was or how to apply it.--and that's only one item. P.S.--I'm no dummy. I have a CDL and I've done a lot of driving I could go on but there's not enough space. Suffice it to say that there are a lot of symbols on the dashboard that require explanation that I've never seen and that lack of knowledge can be dangerous sometimes and at the very least , make driving uncomfortable

Ralph SNo one was around after 4:00pm gates were wide open the supposedly needed this size trailer but they seemed to have quite a few of them on hand. I hurried to get there before 5:00pm the same day of the rental.
NICHOLAS BThis location was fine, but Eddie Hair (the original location I was supposed to pick up from) made me drive 30 miles out of my way because the dolly they had reserved for me had not been returned. Although they had a dolly available, I could not have it because it was promised to someone else. This was completely unacceptable.
