The drop off location is not marked and two buildings away from the office. I had to make a difficult turn around to get the trailer to the correct location.

Nothing. Both the pick up and drop off were so fast. I was in and out in a heat beat. Your check in and out is so much better then years ago.
Justin AU-Haul Headquarters (?)made the rental drop off location jump through hoops (on-line, on app, etc) for use to be able to turn it in as rental location did not specific specific drop off location, although we told the guy who rented it the drop of location, but he could not enter it on our contract. It all worked out!
Micheal MAlways have recommended MountainToppers for U-Haul needs. Always the best service and equipment recommendations in Cache valley. The trucks are all the same, so the people are the driving force.

J WI was skeptical of using a car dolly again. I had a flat tire on one I rented in 2019 and sat on the side of the freeway for 5 hours waiting for a repair person. This trip was great with no issues.

Robert EAt pickup, the odometer read 20 miles higher than the contract. They said they didn’t know how to change it on the contract but would adjust the ending mileage when I dropped it off. Moving day couldn’t be changed so I had to roll with it. They closed at 1pm so I had to do an after hours drop off. this was online and now I have been charged for 47 miles when I only drove 27. I am feeling scammed right now.

TANYA GWhen I picked up the truck it was filthy. The back had dirt I had to sweep out. There was mud in the cab of the truck. The windows were so dirty I could hardly see out of them, and there were food wrappers in the cab. I cleaned all these things but felt that the truck cap could still use some cleaning. I was honest with my drop off questionnaire and they charged me $25 for cleaning. I guess I should have made them clean it before I took it, but it had taken so long I just needed to get out of there.

Mark HRentals were kept in a field full of snow. It took me 15-20 mins to get the car ready to drive while I cleaned all of the snow off the windshield and while I waited for the frozen ice on the lock of the back door to melt to be able to open the door. The inside was dirty, smelled like smoke, and had trash in it.
