Terrible service from U-Haul. Will not be deciding to do business again. I came to U-Haul to simply pick up a dresser that couldn't fit in a vehicle. 1st disappointment, the van was not available resetting in me renting a 10' truck. 2nd disappointment, the pull in of $19.95 is no where near the actual cost of what you are doing(and I only rented for 2 hours). 3rd, the transmission was shot so bad I was almost scared for my life when I'd brake. The engine sounds it's on its last breathe. 4th, 3 days later I got charged again($35) but of course no email to explain why. So for a 2 hour rental to pick up a $80 dresser I spent in all $120. Outrageous. It's sickening almost. I will be having a sit down and speaking to customer service until I reach a manager. This whole process has left me so distraught.l and I thought the company would ease my stress of transporting something, in reality just made it worse.

When renting equipment. All parts need to be inspected. I had a bad right wheel when traveling and needed Road Side Service. However excellent road side service and was back on road after an hour.

Not charge an extra day when the equipment was turned in already. I turned in the trailer that I needed for a few hours the next day. When I got my receipt the next day there was an extra day added on. Now I have to figure this out.

I reported the dolly and pads were missing and was still charged. I then gave feedback via support email and was ignored. Do you have any idea how hard that move was without those items? And to still be charged? Ridiculous

We had a 25 or 26’ truck and the ramp incline was very tough. Make a longer ramp with less incline. Moving washer and fridge was difficult with that slope.

My comment: This was my first experience to reserve a truck to rent, and, do driving, loading and unloading. It was a smooth process and I highly recommend using UHauls services. Will be using their services again in near future. Thank you.

Again , there was a closer U Haul facility closer to my destination but had to drive to a farther away drop off point. Additionally I feel that upon returning the rental b4 its time period ( 2 days in my case), should warrant a credit.

I think the most important thing, at any rental agency,... being a driver myself. The Most important aspect that's greatly overlooked are "Crystal clear and clean, windows, and mirrors, inside and out.

Staff was helpful. However, their drop off box looked like it was ripped off the wall. Very inconvenient when I attempted to return the vehicle, definitely not 24/7 as U-Haul claims. Disappointing return experience.

Recommendation only for the location. The box truck I got needed windshield wipers and the ride was very rough. I’m sure it needs shock absorbers. Gas mileage was very poor, I spent an additional $85 to go 100 miles, that’s getting only 7 miles to the gallon and added another $0.85 to your mileage charge of $1.09/mile. That’s nearly $2.00/mile. Ridiculous!! I expected more from U-Haul.
