This location was very unprofessional and unprepared for me. I was just glad I had a truck to use that day but there was a lot of hiccups to make it happen it was not smoothly. I still feel like I got overcharged and need to call and find out about that.

Truck was dusty on the windshield with small crumbles of Pizza inside the cabin. Slightly dusty on the floor of the cargo area.

Mark MWe were charged twice for our UBOX delivery. Then we rented a 10' truck once it got there to transfer to our public storage and were then charged when we gave a Uhaul VIP certificate. The whole uhaul experience was tragic.

Mark MRichard went WAY out of his way to help me, and I cannot say enough nice things about him. However, Uhaul's computer system is clearly a mess. I had problems in IL and CA. Uhaul was also not clear about how/where I was unloading my U-Boxes. But I have no complaints about this location, just about Uhaul's system.

KIM GI did not know I could pick up a rental truck at this (off Firestone Bl near Otis 323.307.0621) location. I'll share the info and come back for more. They also have storage pods available. I liked that I was able to drop the truck off after hours. My move was local and I didn't want to drive the truck home and clock on more miles. Great job guys. Daniel

GREG SNightmare, never again rented a 17 foot truck online to move. done the walk around at pick up and return. signed off on it and closed the rental. Did get paper work because done online. got called 2 hours later by the manager that the truck was damaged. That's when the nightmare began
