Bad customer service overall. Worst u haul experience I have ever encounter. How do you own and uhaul but don’t know to drive it. That’s ridiculous , the service was just over poor. Rude , attitude and lack professionalism. I rent a u haul every year just about and I never had to deal with this process they took me thru and demand upon returning the truck. I advise no one to rent here unless you don’t mind lack of professionalism.

This was a sketchy used car lot, they had no other uhaul equipment. When I arrived they didn't really want me to leave the truck, they had no where to put it and they seemed annoyed that I was there. They also seemed to have no clue how to recieve it.
