had a cracked wind shield on the pasenger side haslf the windo was hard to see out of ,the adgent said they weould report it after i bring it back ,its ok for a day trip but not for long haul i washed out the box...otyer than that is was good ctbrown
Chris BrownThis was not our selected pick up location. Uhaul changed from the more convenient location at last minute and failed to notify us. This location added 20 miles to and from our intended pick-up and got me loading 2 hours later than planned. It all worked okay after that but added a level of aggravation and stress that could have been avoided had U haul simply moved the truck to the promised location for us and not relied upon us to correct their logistical problem.

Minhtam LeThere is no drop box for keys and no instructions on where to drop the key. The emergency number will not answer and when they do call back it’s 3 hours later. Absolutely never using again.

I called the telephone number for assistance and someone answered and told me to just Drop-Off key on Facility entrance door. I took pictures of the Truck , Mileage and Instrument Cluster showing Full Tank of gasoline before dropping off Truck's Key. I did received the receipt in my Email address the next day and thank you.

ALLISON LUJANI recommend the UHaul place, not the places that just rent the uhaul. The truck we got there was GREAT, but the place had a minimal supply of dollies, blankets etc. They didn’t have enough to fill my order. I had yo go buy a furniture dolly and use my good blankets for padding.

GERARD SARNOThe truck had a leak in the right rear wheel well, allowing road water into the cargo bay. My mattress and box springs were soaked and ruined when I got to my destination. I have yet to hear from their insurance company. The wiper blades were also in poor condition, which was exceptionally annoying during the snowstorm we encountered in Ohio. Not a good experience.

JERRYL MOOREEnsure the tank is full when it is rented. The tank was only a quater full when I rented the truck. I only used the truck for 11 miles to move storm panels and the gas tank did not move off a quarter tank. I returned the truck in 5 hours same day, put key in drop box. The next day charges appeared on my credit card for filling the gas tank up and another surcharge. I called immediately and spoke to a different attendent. He argued at first about me having to fill the tank up anyway. Why should I pay for a full tank when the truck only had a quarter tank when I rented it. He checked and gave me credits for those charges. One of the backup lights were not working either which my wife discovered. I told the attendant that. Not real happy with my Uhaul experience at all this time. In the past renting a Uhaul has always a great experience with a full tank.

Rachelle FritzThe truck was a little sticky inside, not a big deal. The biggest turn off was the mobile check in. It took about an hour and there were SO MANY points of damage on the truck which were not indicated.

JAMES HELFRICHThe service was great. Maybe more vehicles? We wanted a 10’ truck but only the 15’ and larger vehicles were available. The lady at the desk said those go the most/fastest so maybe make more of those available. Otherwise we had a great experience.
THEODORE HOLMESIt did not have an easy access drop off box for the keys. Uhaul as a company is poor in managing the drop off process; I believe it’s the transportation department not communicating with the different locations. We had to drive to two different locations to drop off because the system wasn’t updated from what we were told by the transportation department. And that made us late for the drop off time, and so we were charged $40 for being 30 minutes late. That is ridiculous!

R. KlopfensteinTook over 1 hour for me to get the rental because of a problem with the computer system. For my wait and time that it took management only charged me for 1 day rental. I didn't expect that at all, was not happy waiting but a little while later received a phone call that I could have the rental for 2 days but was only being charged for 1 day. I would definitely rent again.

I ONLY rented the SAME 2 DOLLIES I RETURNED, THEN i find an extra charge of $26.10 from this location on my card, I DON'T think its right to charge me without a reason, Another reason to NEVER USE U-HAUL EVER AGAIN ! She does NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC- Maybe she was irritated that I interupted her slow QUIET DAY - SHE NEEDS TO BE RETIRED !! NASTY ATTITUDE
