Was the equipment clean and well maintained? The auto transport I rented was clean but I did not realize until I got it home to load my car on it that the passenger side tie-down strap was missing about 2 feet of the strap that gets ratched down. I made it work by taking an old heavy duty tie down strap that I had, looping it around the strapping and ratcheting it down. I contacted Selah Friendly to let them know. When I turned in the trailer I also let them know. The turn-in location did not know if he had another tie-down that he could replace the one with the missing strap "tail".
Gene GSelah Friendly Automotive made the rental experience 110 percent. VERY friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with. we will use their service to have our vehicles looked after, you dont see customer servive like that anymore.

Micheal WWas charged for three days when I only reserved it for two and brought it back on time- $30 fee. Was given truck at 1/2 tank of gas and returned it at the same but they claim it was 5/8- another $30. Then when I called to address the discrepancies I was told I had to contact corporate and not the store where I actually rented the uhaul. Got a return call but was a computer operator and it hung up. Called back to the store and asked to speak with manager (twice!) and still yet to get a call back.

Stacy WI drove over 3 hours to get a 20' truck and auto transport from this location as it saved me thousands of dollars because of silly regional pricing. The gentlemen at this location were fantastic! I arrived close to closing time and the three men that were there all stayed to help get everything checked out. This was particularly important because there were a couple minor issues that required changing such as tires on the auto transport. They changed the bad ones out and I was on the road in no time. All in all, this was a great experience and I greatly appreciate all the help I receive at this location.
John KThe retailers were ok but my over all experience was terrible. I was down graded from a 26ft to a 20ft there night before I was leaving, then my trailer wasn't available where I reserved it. Then when I went to return my trailer so I could unload my truck it was scheduled for somewhere I didn't choose.
Terry WMake sure the truck is clean on the inside. It was filthy! Smelled horrible. Inside windows coated with a film that was maybe from a smoker?
TAMMY WAbsolutely not a single thing I could complain about. Was able to drop off with easy parking even for people who do not usually drive bigger trucks. There was a nice Drop box. Renting was so easy, just walked in and got the truck. They held it for me over the phone until I arrived to pay and pick up. Best Uhaul experience ever!!!!!
LISA RFurniture dolly and packing materials were included in order but not included in truck. There was no notification about this ahead of time, we only discovered when we were there to pick up the truck. This was quite problematic for us as we had relied on using both in our moving process. If the items were known to be unavailable, at least some advance notice would have been appropriate.
