JUAN AI’ve used U-haul many times, and every single time something goes wrong. Either the equipment I order is unavailable, the customer service is horrific, or I’m over charged. However this time I had a very very positive experience and that was due to the help of Caesar Hinojosa. He was so kind and so helpful that I felt like my business was truly valued. He went above and beyond and ensuring I was taken care of throughout my rental. Please give this guy a raise. Thank you Caesar!

ALEX ZTires are bald. Trucks need to be maintained so they are not a hazard on the road. Uhaul needs to evaluators out to all these facilities to check their trucks.
Joshua OEquipment was clean and staff is super helpful! But that car trailer vibrates like crazy above 50mph making the trip very uneasy! I've rented other uhaul trailers and they towed smooth! But not this one! Tires where new! But tow hitch base seems way loose and worn-out! No accidents, thankfully but made it for a very slow and uneasy trip!

Brittany RRonny and Roger are the owners of this location and I will drive past several other U-Haul pickups just for their customer service alone. I am a returning customer and I could never imagine going elsewhere for a U-Haul rental. They are always so kind, helpful and very responsive. I had to make changes to my pick-up hours and Ronny helped me out to ensure it was done properly. I recommend this place 100%

Abukar AGreat service and when we could not return the truck in time, it was no big deal to get another day extension on our rental with no penalty other than another days rental.
Adam CI had to pick up the truck at a different location which was already and inconvenience. When I got to the location, they did not have the key for the truck I reserved. I ended up getting a smaller truck which was an inconvenience since not everything fit in it. When I brought the truck back, i was charged for 25 miles when I only used 19. The gentleman at the location was aware of the mileage and said he would fix it on the paperwork before I was charged. He never did and I was charged for a 26 foot truck and 10 miles over what was used. I ended up taking a 20 foot truck. I am not very satisfied.

STEVEN NThe two National City locations were dirty, unprofessional, and inconvenient. They were both small and attached to liquor stores in sketchy areas. The customer service representative promised that the employee would assist me in assembling my trailer hitch ( I have never towed anything in my life). He was put out when I asked for help and then didn't have the equipment to tighten my towing hitch. The trailer arm that attaches to my truck was loose and had to retighten every time I stopped for gasoline. Overall, bad experience, I never want to go to National City again. I had to go to the Point Loma store where they were super professional, friendly, and helpful.

JAMES ELost my passport ; that I likely left in moving truck, so I tried to call the shop multiple times. Person answered after 6th -7th attempts. He asked me to go in person because he “didn’t have time to check truck”. Tried calling again in person to ask about missing item and didn’t answer. Finally went again and guy in charge was not helpful at all.
BRIANA LOriginal location was in Lemon Grove they confirmed equipment ready then came back 15 minutes later to say it wasn’t and redirected us to National City on our moving day out of state.
