I was extremely dissatisfied with the communication and customer service of this location and that of U-Haul customer service.
I called to get more clarification and get an issue resolved with our drop off time, as it was different than what I was told when I initially booked.
I was transferred SIX times, and then hung up on. When I called back, the first person I spoke to was the only one to give me a clear answer, but was not at all helpful in helping me get the situation resolved. I will NOT be using these services again.
The person is a nice guy but obviously UHAUL is not his priority! He has a repair shop and it feels like we are bothering his business. Plus, the working area is not safe since when I was walking around the UHAUL to check the posible damages on the body, my shirt got stuck to metal fences and thorn on shoulder. The guys is not friendly at all and car smells inside. I was parking my car behind the UHAUL to move some stuff from UHAUL to my car and he said "No, you have to park to the side of uhaul" even if there was enough space for other cars to pass.
Gevorg is cool and the truck was clean and ready to go.
Everything was dirty. The employee was very rude to us. The employee tried telling me the gas wasn't the same as I got it so I took a photo and showed him and finally he said ok. His credit card machine kept messing up. Just seems like an overall bad place and I would never go back. I've never complained about a uhaul before but this guy was extremely rude.

Have more than one person working there. I had to wait 15 minutes before the phone calls stopped that were interrupting my appointment to pick up my truck.
I made a reservation and the truck i reserved wasn't available so i was forced to rent a bigger more expensive one that i didn't need. The person that "helped" us wasn't even apologetic. He had more of a take it or leave it attitude.
Nothing, the owner was amazing. He was able to perform multiple tasks and keep customers satisfied.
It is great. If my friend will rent a u-haul, I would introduce it.
I was not informed that the office would be closed the next day. When I called to find a way to drop off the key, I was told to go far out of the way or to hold the vehicle another full day while maintaining responsibility if anything should happen. My contract was for one day and returning on Monday made me late to work. If they had been more upfront or understanding this whole issue could have been avoided. Instead this location didn't seem to care.
