to rent the truck took about an hour for them to get me the paperwork to rent the truck even thought i had it reserved for a week. The girls told me that i could return it at any location and not just the one i had selected online but when i brought it back to the location that i rented from they told me that it would cost extra
Explain the agreement to your customers and have the truck gassed up before handing over. I was charged an additional fee for bringing the truck back after the time and for going 6 miles over the allotted mileage (I was not aware that I was given a certain amount of miles). The lady did not explain anything to me. I was not happy to have to pay an additional $60. I was also upset to have to go to the gas station because I didn't have enough gas to make it to my destination (Lansing, MI) after leaving Southfield. I would like to speak with a manager about this.
