The location was in an odd part of town. I’ve live here 32 years and it was new to me. Not your typical bright orange and white retail store but very efficient and accommodating.

John BThis U-Haul was contracted to me with poor maintenance done and no inspection prior to traveling 1600 miles. I broke down twice. The steering went completely out while driving down the road. I lost complete control of the truck with everything I owned in the back. It was awful. I want all my money back ASAP.

Bailey WThe young male didn’t do a single thing to help me hook it up. He just stood back and watched. Didn’t offer to even help me check the lights. I had to turn on a turn signal and walk to the back while he just stood beside the trailer and watched. I had to lower the trailer onto the the hitch. He gave it a thumbs up and took a picture. Less than a block away the trailer came unhooked because my ball was too big. This guy was lazy as heck and the girl that worked inside would not even greet me when I showed up. This location is horrible!!!
Bradley MWe had a change the day after we rented the trailer. Change was we were delivering the load to Castle Rock instead of Colorado Springs. I immediately called Gordon drive location and they stated we would have to call the drop off location. I called drop of location and they said that is fine we would just want to call Castle Rock location the morning of the return, so we called CR location the day of and they said it would cost almost double to drop off there. Which made no sense. So while driving my wife called Uhaul 800# and talked to someone and they basically said the same thing as CR. So she asked talk to supervisor as just made no sense that there was zero flexibility on the part of Uhaul! Although we were flexible and accepted a larger trailer and spent extra gas pulling it to Colorado! The supervisor reminded my wife that we signed and binding contract and that states dropping trailer in Colorado Springs. I told her to thank them for the total lack of customer service and we would drive to Colorado Springs and drop it off. We have a son moving to Denver in July and have already discussed looking at a different company then Uhaul to rent a truck and trailer as Uhaul is not trust worthy to have the equipment reserved and zero flexibility! Your Customer Service was none existent with the exception of the young lady in Colorado Springs who was very nice.

Carl EStaff were friendly; however, maintenance of the truck was lacking. The cab was full of dog hair. The truck had damage to the upper left corner. It leaked water and I had to apply silicone sealer. After picking up the truck and taking it to my domicile I discovered one of the tires was flat. U-Haul helped me to get it fixed right away. I had no other problems in my 2,000-mile trip.
John CEverything was smooth and easy at pick up. The only negative would be that U-Haul advertises one price, but the additional add on costs really add up. I understand that these are taxes and things that are not to U-Hauls benefit, but to think you are renting a truck for $1300 dollars and end up paying $2000 really sucks. It's hard to budget when you don't know all the extra costs.

Patricia MI have rented UHaul trucks several times. This truck had not been cleaned in quite a while. I hauled a load from Colorado Springs to Dallas, 12 hours, and would have rather had a clean truck in better repair.
Jack MIssue on drop off was that the system initially did not allow for drop off as again , the site had changed and I was not given any notification.
