Nobody was at this reserved site location when I arrived at 8:30am as expected. I wasted my time and then had to pick up a trailer at another location 20 miles away. 6x12 trailer was very good once I picked it up from the Methuen location and used it. Dropped off at this location, but nobody was there.
GLENN PI think your pricing is unreasonable in the way that you call one day only 8 hours to move a 3 bedroom house with a 20’ truck. What happened to one day being 24 hours? Or at the very least, 12 hours. ?

Jamie MIt was unclear where we needed to drop off our truck/trailer and where to drop off the key. I was scared to get out of my car to drop off the key because there were dogs barking.

DAVID AWhen we arrived there was nobody in the office to do our rental agreement so we were trying to do it online while getting assistance on the phone from U-Haul and it was very confusing and frustrating after almost 15 minutes the owner of Nick's came in he offered to help us and do our rental agreement I took him about 5 minutes total to our rental agreement and get us off the property with the truck he was very polite and professional and offered much relief into a stressful trip.

Robert FTruck was right up front and ready to go. Nicks is a great place to rent from and he keeps his trucks clean. On a side note the truck was a newer model and had less than 30k miles on it. It was the smoothest ride I’ve ever had in a U-Haul!

Robert FVehicle had less fuel than listed on the paper when I picked it up. Was charged for extra fuel even after filling it. Left rear brake caliper seized and was smoking. Had to wait 50 minutes to even get my rental because the owner wasn't there. Terrible

Dominic DDollys were 1/4 mile from the truck, furniture dolly had two busted wheels and I had to find it and pull it out from under a freaking tire and car bumper myself. I have pictures if needed.

Robert MPerson wasn't there when we arrived. After a few attempts by phone we reached him and he came back. He had thought our reservation was for 10 and it was for 9am. It was a quick process once he arrived. I tried to call uhaul but the location wasn't recognized so I could not speak to anyone

David FThe ice was not off the top of the uhaul and in New Hampshire it is a law to clean off the top of the trucks. We thought it would have been ready to go, but my father had to spend a hour cleaning it off.

David FI reserved a trailer at Nick’s on Labor Day, using the app. Nick was actually closed for the holiday, but graciously interrupted his holiday to accommodate me and hook up the trailer. He has a large parking area, making it easy to park the trailer upon return. The dogs that have free run on his property are friendly. They just want to greet you and get a par on the head. Nick is my go to guy for U-Haul rentals.
Donna BDon't make your customer drive to a different location to pick up equipment. I specified portsmouth for my pickup of a 15' box truck and car dolly. I had to pick up the the truck and dolly in two different locations, neither were portsmouth.
Paul SVery sketchy location, dogs running all over. I wasn't sure if it was guard dogs so i was a little apprehensive to get out of the truck at first but they ended up being fine and friendly actually. Location is off the beaten path down a dirt road.
EDWARD WThis location works for me, because it's very near my home, I know the two dogs off-leash in the parking lot are friendly, and I understand it's safe for me to walk through debris and hoses lying about in the yard around back to the office to pick up or drop the key. Nick, the owner, is great and helpful. But...this location is "sketchy" and not at all safe-feeling. I would never recommend this location to someone who isn't comfortable with strange dogs or very rural-feeling out of the way places...
Ben SThe location was closed and no direction was provided for the drop-off location of the trailer. Fortunately, the owner came out and told us where to put it as we would have dropped it in the wrong location.
