The safe move was added to my order even after I declined it. I looked at my order, and it was added at the end again. I would give this 5 stars if simple faults can be easily fixed and caught. Please refund the 15.00 and any taxes and fees associated with it.
LaChelle SI had made the reservation and because my husband was going to be the driver, we had a hell of a time getting our vehicle. Also, there are NO signs telling us where to go to pick up our vehicle at the location we picked up AND the location we dropped off. I would recommend better wayfinding for both locations.

DANA FI got charge for something that I’m not even aware of. I got the uhaul gas as it is so I put a fuel back whatever the gas was use. I called the store to get some explanation to the charges in my credit card, but the agent told me he doesn’t know anything about it, and needed to speak to a manager. But I called them twice. They said they will call me back but till now I haven’t received any call from them. Very poor service.

regina jThe check out and check in process took a long time. I had to wait as the guy at the counter took care of customers purchasing items at the convenience store. I chose this location because of the location and gas station on site. I don’t have the long wait times at dedicated U-Haul locations.
Harry TStaff did not know how to check out or check in equipment. Three different people over the course of the day. I would use u haul again but NEVER from this location.
MARK STruck was not cleaned. Had animal waste in the back of the truck and we had to clean it thoroughly before actually using the truck.

scott fThere is no internet in that area so I haven’t been able to check in or out very well online. It was very difficult to complete after hours, and the lady working at the Friendly Market was rude and extremely unhelpful. Her name was Rachel.

Tanner OI got dinged the $25 cleaning fee because of five Pineneedles on the driver side, floor of the interior, and mess that was already in the cab of the truck before I rented the vehicle. I also didn’t have an option to take a picture of the inside of the cab of the truck to indicate the quality before I rented the vehicle and I have to be charged a $25 cleaning fee for
