Dennis JThis is the best U-Haul dealership I’ve ever been to. And I rent several trucks and equipment from U-Haul every year. Since I started renting from OG Mart I go nowhere else to rent U-Haul or equipment.

Jeffrey AI rented a PU. When I got there there wasn't one available. I reserved a week ahead. I switched to a van. Mgr told me same price as PU. I got my bill it was 89.00 for 9 hours. 19.99 a day was advertised. ???

Tammy MThe location is easily accessible from two major streets, a smaller storefront. The owner is great and was very helpful. I reserved my truck for another location close to my destination and even went to the shop a day ahead to not only find it, but ensure the correct sized truck was available. That afternoon I get a email stating I had been moved further away. Huh? That adds miles and $$. A few phone calls later and I learned the scheduling team had moved me due to a predetermined vehicle repair. The owner at OG was great with the process and made sure I was a satisfied customer. We left something in the truck - which we noticed after dropping the truck. Ugh! How many of us have done this??! He held onto it for us and no extra fees! So appreciative of his kindness and willingness to work with us. This experience has secured him as our signature location when reserving in the future. I recommend this OG Mart @ SW89th and May Ave. to anyone needing UHaul services.
