Mileage charge is quite high compared to other vendors. The 19.99 price is great but with even low mileage the spend becomes substantial. With filling the truck and the mileage charge it seemed expensive. So A+ for service and the UHaul rep was fantastic. But C- for the pricing structure which makes renting quite expensive.

JOHN LI rent U-hauls often for my business. This van was the nastiest rental I have ever experienced. I was told by the manager when I went to pick it up the van was on empty because it had just been brought over from an "impound" lot. If I had not already had obligations I would have never taken it. I was told if I brought it back with a 1/4 tank of gas I would recive $20 credit. The van holds 30 gallons so a 1/4 tank, easy math the 1/4 tank cost $25!!! When I drove off with the van I noticed the windows were open. As I got on the interstate and rolled the windows up I found out why. The smell of dead farm animal was overwhelming. I had to stop and buy cleaning products and Lysol. The van was beyond filthy in the front but it was obvious the smell was coming from the back as well. When I returned the van I told them I did not expect to be charged for this rental. I returned with a 1/4 tank as requested. $10 worth of cleaning. And they still charged my card. U-haul should be ashamed that they would let a vehicle, staight out of impound to be put directly back on the road!!

I had dropped off a uhaul last summer at the same location. You can tell he puts a lot of work and effort into his facility! Would highly recommend!

Gregory BEverything was perfect except for the fact that the gas tank was not full when I started driving it, yet I was threatened that I would be charged $4.50 per gallon if it was not full, so not only did I have to pay for someone else’s not leaving a full tank, I had to pay for mine as well. I took a picture of it for proof. I was expected to leave it with a full tank and I did, which I have a picture of as well. I would like to be reimbursed for paying for someone else’s lack of responsibility. My number is +17575103309. I can provide pictures.

Anna LThe app barely worked. It wouldn’t load the information and kept having loading errors. I think was in part to the location of the truck and the minimal service. The app was so annoying I don’t know if I will rent a U-Haul again for a future purchase.
Amanda GI rent a U Haul auto transport trailer several times a year. They are usually great trailers. This one had a really bad vibration that I could really feel in the cab of my pick up. The trailer looked like it had the complete tongue assembly recently replaced. I did inform the drop off location. It was really bad. Thank You John S. "Jack" Coulter

ROBIN PIt was very difficult, picking up and dropping off the equipment. The reception at the place was almost nonexistent, and it took forever. I don’t even think I got to finish my drop off online because of it. Other than that, everything else was cool.

Eschelle RSign up and check in was easy with some online features. I got truck with “full” tank of gas and only drove 12 miles. I had to put $20 (5 gal) in truck to “fill” it back up. Five gal seems like a lot for 12 miles. Otherwise, it worked out great for me.
Thomas MQuick reservation process thru online service. The office person was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle terms were very reasonable, and all questions were answered. I will definitely rent again.

NIKAIYA REverything went well. I don’t think I will ever use the app for check in and check out again. It took a lot of time to get checked in. Which meant delaying us getting on the road. I had it timed out exactly and because of the delay on the front end, there was a delay in returning the van. Which almost made us incur an additional day of charges. Thankfully the attendant saw us at the beginning and end and was able to adjust the charge.
