My truck was 45 minutes away from where I ordered it, neither of my dollies were with my truck, had to drive to a different location almost 30 minutes away to get only the appliance dolly I requested. Never got the furniture dolly. The person we picked the truck up from didn’t know how to use your software, had to keep calling people for help. She also had trouble finding our paperwork and keys. Just really seemed untrained and unprepared. I’ll be using another outfit when I need a moving truck again.
