PAUL GFor U-haul Corporate System - There is an error for Soft Bronco and Hard Top Bronco. There is no difference in the vehicle as far as towing goes. 3rd brake light is mounted to rear tire and all safety and towing related features are unaffected by the soft top compared to the hard top.

ervinas zThis location is very small and does not have enough room to handle the amount of equipment they have. They are attached to a small gas station, so you are dealing with cars getting gas and customers trying to pick up or drop off equipment. As a neighborhood Uhaul they didn't know the proper way to secure the dolly, it had to be fixed along the way. Staff is friendly, but location is just a mess.

Kenneth WWas told to drop trailer and leave. I told the attendant that I have to follow the drop off instructions as per the website and he said to just drop and leave. Hovered over me as I took the pics and filled out the drop off instructions
Charles TThe truck was great, the reservation online was great. However, when returning the vehicle, no one spoke English. The employee spoke Udr, their were (2) gentlemen looking to rent a vehicle and they only spoke Spanish. I had to interpret for them. Not a great idea
Joseph CThe office was freezing, cold, the truck smelled, and the windshield wiper fluid did not work. To fill the gas on the return is a scam. The tank should be full when we leave and then filled up when we get back. Not take a picture of what the gas gauge is at and then try to replicate that on the backend. Poor system. Staff was friendly.
