Linda HThis was a fantastic option. I could walk to the pick up location, use vehicle for a few hours, take it back, walk home all so easy. Taking a photo of damages not obvious on the current photos was a challenge as weak internet in that area. Could pose a problem if new photos did not upload properly.

Cesar MThey were absolutely RUDE and they charged me for being late when I got a flat tire and called a half hour before my time was up and they said it was no problem just to return the vehicle before 9am and there would be no extra charge, I had it back within the hour after I fixed my tire and they still charged me. They put double on my credit card than agreed and never even called to talk about why. I think mostly the disregard for any kind of compassion or the fact that I am 8 months pregnant and had to change a tire alone was disconcerting and the manor that they spoke to and looked down their noses at me was just rude and I will never ever go there again and will be sure to let everyone I know the way I was treated was terrible and unprofessional. I am not holding it against U-Haul as a company but pack rats is one of the worst customer service businesses I have ever dealt with and it's sad that they still continue doing people this way and get away with it. I'm very disappointed in that entire experience.

Moriah DAllow the use of Debit cards for vans/Pickup trucks, as you do for local box truck rentals, I would rent a van or pickup monthly for 1 to 2 days minimum, yet Uhaul refuses to be creative enough to figure a way to serve the poorman who could benefit from such a change in policy Dennis Durbin
