This location for pick up was in the middle of a parking lot. There was no one to assist us when we had issues with the app and checking in for our rental. It took over 45 min on the phone with different people to get the issue sorted out. The U-Haul was also left with no gas and none of the extra add ons I paid for

Ehsan Hthe online check in was a bit tricky as I was standing in the parking lot... but after that it was so smooth. Truck was clean... the AC was rocking!!! Suprisingly easy to drive and manuver. A bit expensive when all was siad and done to just pick up a single piece of furniture for 2 hours... but all was well with my experience.
Lesley RIt was a parking lot of a closed bank. It was very convenient from a geographical perspective, as it was 10 minutes from my new home (UHaul originally tried to make me return the truck all the way over on the other side of town…more than an hour away). But there was no office, no staff. I had to use the aforementioned crappy app to check out, and it kept having problems uploading photos of the vehicle. I have a modern, current iPhone, so I know it wasn’t me having the problems. If your app can’t function well in stormy conditions (it was very windy) then you need to rethink forcing your customers to use it.
