The gas station next to the drop off is convenient, but there was no attendant there which would have been very helpful. It's basically just a few parking spots.

Kandi EWhen I rented the trailer, the agent told me it was around back didn’t offered to help me hook it up or anything. Tell me when I was done bringing around front where you could take a picture. There was someone in back furniture wraps in a U-Haul. She help me hook it up. When I returned it, it was pouring down rain. The same agent told me just take it back and leave it where I got it from and that I would have it email sent with the contract. so I had to unhook it by myself and roll it up where I got it from and I left. I’ve read many U-Haul’s and never had this kind of service. That’s why I a U-Haul store, but they did not have the motorcycle trailer.

Danny DThis location was Great and understanding when we couldn't return the U-Haul the day it was due back. The location on Valley in Homewood AL where my Mother rented a Unit gave her wrong information. We stayed up all night because of this. My Mother is 74 years old. Her code was denied access so we couldn't move her belongings into her Unit. We stayed there for an hour and a half and received no help. The manager was very rude and condescending to me. She hung up on me the first two times I called her cell phone number that was provided to me by Corporate. Something needs to be done about this lady.
Sandra BVan had not been swept out after previous use, it had potting soil all over the floor. I had to clean it before I could put my furniture in it so that my mattress and couches wouldn’t be stained.

Emma CI rented 1 dozen furniture pads. I had to grab them myself but what the manager failed to tell me was that each package was only 6 furniturempads. So I was shorted 6 pads and had to explain why I was short 6 pads when I turned the trailer in.
Donald HTom was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was very helpful and assisted me with anything I had trouble with. Getting a truck here was convenient and simple. I have already recommended others to this location.

EVERETT WVery unclear about how much the UHAUL final cost would be. Wasn’t aware of a deposit so once I went to refill with gas all my money was on hold. Took 2 days to be released. Tried to charge me $60 for gas when the truck came with 1/3 tank and I only went 20 miles originally thinking I would be going 45. A rip off, I’ll never use UHAUL again.
Anthony HHave trucks where people request them or don’t charge them mileage to have to go out of the way to pick it up and return it. It’s not the customers fault that what they request isn’t at a particular location. It should be made available at that location or they should get a discount for going out of their way.

Art WGas staton with one employee. Had to wait for employee to serve other customers. Employee was **NOT TRAINED** in any manner regarding hooking up a trailer. And left without helping me check that the trailer lights worked with my car. Indeed he did not even want to leave the station to help me at all, but finally did.

fredrick jOnly issue I had was the truck was not fueled prior to picking up and had to fuel before starting, I was given a fuel refund so not a big issue just inconvenience on the start. I will be renting from here again.
Charles LTruck broke down less than a mile from pickup. I was going only 15-20MPH max when it started to make a grinding sound and began to smoke. Had to call roadside assistance to come get it.

Brittany RThe truck was horrible. It needs an alignment badly. That’s why it took so long to come back. It was swerving and the steering wheel was hard to steer. Plus, he told me I didn’t have to fill it up just bring it back how I got it. I will NEVER rent there again and I won’t tell anyone else to go there. It’s a rip off. None of the other places charge per mile or give a time limit. I need my money back to be honest. The service was horrible but I needed to get my daughter to school. Don’t expect me as a return customer.
