The tires blew up on me from my trip from NC to Fl. We had to wait for someone to rescue us. The exhaust was broken and made the vehicle very dangerous to drive as it wouldn't go over 40mph on the highway. The person that changed the tires said he can't do anything about the broken Exhaust system.

Benjamin M.Easiest moving experience I've ever had. I was able to get in grab a truck, move things across town, and drop it back off all in one day. Although I've had a fair amount of experience, I greatly appreciate that they still walked me through the process of annotating the mileage, state of the truck, how to get the best gas mileage, and some tips and tricks. Things I actually wished I would have know the first time I had to use a U-Haul many years ago, so major props to this place. They did not have the furniture lift originally requested, but did give us a discount to make up for the fact we'd otherwise have to go grab one elsewhere that, in our case, more than made up for it. Everything worked out great. Thanks!
Alan C.The site was fine it was the service that I had with the person that was bothersome He kept trying to argue with me when I repeatedly said I don't know the mileage of the drive I said multiple times from door to door it's 8 min I don't know the mileage He was making remarks that I could pick up the phone and call if I was unsure of something more in as a he was speaking to a child he kept speaking over me which was frustrating he was saying I could down load the app kept trying to talk but I was so irritated by his remarks and demeaning manor that I was just ready to get out of there

Tim F.My booking changed locations three times. I booked in advance where I had to ensure convenience on my end. The booking getting moved once due to equipment issues is a bother but not unreasonable. The booking getting changed twice in one hour the night before I am to pick up the truck is ridiculous. The voice-mails that were left to give me the directions on how to pick up the vehicles were filled with static and the speach was unrecognizable.

Anica P.We reserved 26 foot truck to pick up for 24 hours starting at 1pm. When we arrived were informed rental had to be back at 9am, only had 6 packing pads and paid for 12. Tank was half full of gas, not full. So overall we lost 3 hours we rented for, did not have enough pads. Staff said it's out of my hands and offered nothing not even an apology. Not customer service expected from uhaul.

ELVIS G.Very rude service … uhaul was delivered late the gas was on empty and 10 miles after pulling off the lot the uhaul engine blew up 3 hours waiting for a replacement uhaul after recovery towed away and an additional 2 hours to complete the paperwork Was not refunded any money but was charged extra for mileage to go to a new location to pick up the second uhaul Very upset and very inconsiderate

That associate contacted me after my accident and asked for the details on what happened. When I informed the associate on the incident he responded with "you should of known better." That was unprofessional, especially after waiting over one hour to actually receive the truck in the beginning.
