Equipment rented was not on truck. Called immediately to get refunded for eqiment and was still charged. Had to do a mobile check in because office was closed, which took an hour. However, person who assisted with mobile check in was great.

She called me initially after I picked up the truck at another location and was so accommodating with me in providing drop off instructions and directions to me. She was very friendly and I could tell she was fully invested in me and cared for me as a customer. The location at Satellite Beach was very clean, safe, and organized. Alana has great customer relation and service skills, she is detailed and efficient. She really represents the U-Haul brand extremely well and deserves high for marks for her outstanding customer service. My wife and I will strictly use this location in the future and highly recommend this location to anyone wanting an excellent experience with their rental.

Jorge CMobile app to use Uhaul Share is not functional! After downloading the app, it was not what the instructions show and there was no way to get the key for the truck. Luckily it was during normal working time and the local staff could help. Otherwise, I could not have used the truck. That mobile app is a complete failure and makes me hesitant to use UHaul again, Staff was great.
Kai WGot charged $10 for gas. Gas was at same level as when rented. Have contacted them twice with no call back. Please have them return my call

Sean OWe were told the Uhaul would have a full tank of gas, and to leave it with a full tank. It only had half a tank when we picked it up and we took a picture of that. We put gas in after, and left it with the same amount of gas. We were charged double because of that. How is that right?

Sonia NWe found a molding half eaten hot dog under our seat and the cab smelled like rotting trash. I learned about the vehicle inspection sticker and it appears the last time the vehicle was inspected by U-Haul was in May. The tires were not inflated correctly at the proper PSI and the brakes felt like they needed some tuning.

SEAN LLocation services on your app for after hours drop off was a total pain, iOS wouldn’t work, had to download google chrome, it wouldn’t recognize my camera, spent an hour fooling around with it. Won’t ever do an after hours pick up or drop off again
ROBERT OHad to hunt down the employee, she never went over the truck with me. I wanted to let her know that I was on time. And show my copy of the contract. I was charged an extra day, which is incorrect. My due date was 1 june I called and left a message she saw her mistake, but now I have to wait 5 days for my refund. I’m not happy about that. U-haul is lucky I didn’t get an overdraft charge or U-haul would be getting that bill 87031007 Fix the doors
harold pCustomer service was horrible, she indicated I returned the truck with less fuel than I originally rented it with. That’s BS, I have a s teen shot of the meter showing what I started with and what I ended with. Needless to say I will NEVER use uhaul again, nor recommend you Ever!

randy kOvercharged me. Try to steal my money. Only used the uhaul for 3 miles and got charged 14 dollars for fuel. Only used it for like 7 hours. Are you serious uhaul? That is ridiculous!!! You can check my history dealing with y'all. This will be the last time.. I guess I'm going to start dealing with penskee. By the way the owner of the place shut the door in my face pretty much and told me that the place was closed. That wasn't very nice of him.
Jorge BThe trailer was missing the wiring to connect to the cars tail light connector. Had to drive to another location to pick up the wiring harness and bring it back to the rental location.

Dan DI wax running late so I called to let them know. I arrived at 11:55am. As.I was pulling into their parking lot? I received a call from the manager stating their closing time was noon and they had already closed for the day. I told him to look out the window I was getting out if my car. He was very much in a hurry to leave. I had arrive before noon but they were already out the door and locking up. Area Mgr - Robb and Manager - Jim. Not good customer service on their part.

John BThere was a lady working instead of usual person and she was not given appropriate information on my reservation to where to locate the specific trailer then had to look for light to add to trailer by the time we were done it was a little over an hour from reservation time. It was stressful for all. Lady was very patient and friendly but also stressed trying to do her best. Better communication is needed if the usual personnel will be gone to minimize confusion and stress
olga CResevation was made and indicated trailer would be available. I went to pick it up at the designated time and no trailer was available, I had to driv 3+ hours to go pick up a trailer that was promised to another customer. In return I was told I would be gett $100 off thecrental andc3 additional days. Upon returning the trsiler to an over-full location on the designated day per the contract I recieve a bill charging me for 3 days. I contacted customer service and they say that the charges must be disputed since uhaul does not seem to honor contracts...
