Charma PU-Haul advertises their trailers as 6 feet wide what needs to be said in the same place that the opening is only 5 feet wide. That missed information cost me 1 !/2 hour travel time and gas, not happy.

MICHAEL KInside was filthy, full of dirt in back and seats full of dog hair. Windows inside and out filthy as well. It was a quick pick up patio furniture and drop off at home so it still worked for me. If I had been moving household items I would have refused vehicle.

Melissa TThe truck was late due to the customer who had it before us. He brought it to the dump so it smelt like trash and had run off from all of trash making the floor of the uhaul wet. It was disgusting, and we had to move our furniture in it because there were no others. All of my stuff still smells like the last guys trash and it was a horrible experience since I had to wait in the location for an hour after arranged pickup time.
Haley WTruck I picked up was late and when the rental person told me it was good to go I had to ask him to clean the garbage out that was in the cab. Wrappers and trash left in the truck. The back of the truck was dirty and I had to clean it out before loading my belongings.
