Testimonials from recent customers of Pioneer Landscaping Materials Inc
The gentleman, gave the impression, I was a second class person and a nuisance. My pick-up location was Pioneer Landscaping, I it was 2 hours from the time I walked in and was driving away. When a landscape customer came in, he stopped helping me to take care of them. He did not want to do a walk around truck inspection. The back inside was dirty, the change oil light was on, gas gage was empty, the pads I order were not there. Basically a very bad experience picking up the truck.
I did the online process to check out so that the in store experience would be quicker. That was not my experience. The clerk that assisted me was not friendly, was not helpful and in general seemed bothered that he had to deal with me. It was a very poor experience. After the paperwork was loaded there was no assistance to connect the trailer and I sat for several minutes wondering if anyone would be able to help me.
I would rent somewhere else next time
Not friendly. Trailer was dirty and I had to sweep it out before loading household belongings.
The truck was filthy when we picked it up. We had to clean it ourselves before we could even begin to load our furniture. When we called to tell them the problem we were told to bring it back for them to "blow out the dirt" or take the truck somewhere else. They were rude, and said it was our problem.
I rented a 6x12' open trailer - the trailer had not been swept out and the gentleman had to pick up the trailer to hitch it as it did not have any jack stand which means I could not unhitch trailer at all - it also did not move easily and he remarked it seemed like a tire was flat, but everything looked fine. I went ahead and took the trailer as I did not want to spend another hour to go to another location.
The next morning the trailer had a flat tire - fortunately, it was a 2 axle trailer and I have an air compressor - found the flat tire was actually a smaller tire than the other 3.
Lastly, I had to make sure I was able to return trailer before this company closed or I would not have been able to unhitch and leave the trailer.
