David SI don't like using your 24/7 system. Thankfully I got a hold of Steve on the phone and he was able to help me. The idea of not having a person to help is just mind blowing. The process from start to finish to get my vehicle, took me over an hour.

Shannon SThe owner of the business here is extremely rude. Called and asked if my equipment would be ready 1 hour earlier and he chewed my head off stating he had errands to run and would be closed. No where is it posted that the business would be closed at 1:30 in the afternoon. When I arrived to pick up my unit, I tried to use the 24/7 pick up, but he never put the keys in the box after it was set up for that. Would rather drive another 30 minutes out of my way than deal with this dealer again.
Brice BBusiness was not open at posted time. Owner/Manager was over 30min late of opening time. I ended up using the after hours check in process to drop off my trailer. This however will not stop me from using U-Haul for my moving needs.

Michael JWe were supposed to pick-up in Fremont. The location was changed without our knowledge. Fortunately, he did wait for us to drive to the different location. He told us we needed a 2" ball - we had 1 7/8" ball. He stated he didn't have one. Then my husband saw one laying there in an opened package on the shelf - why lie to us? At first he was uncooperative - when he realized my husband was going to do everything to make this work he finally started working with us instead of against us. What can you do - be honest, be helpful from the beginning!

Anne FUnit rented was in desperate need of a front end alignment to the extent that had they been open I would have returned it for another. It was also dispatched with a non-functioning left tail light assembly which required a roadside service call.

KEVIN DUnfortunately, I returned the rental trailer 1 1/2 hour late and had to pay for an additional day, otherwise this location is good.
Dean HDue to shortage of trailer availability this was the nearest location for pickup. 50 miles. The other bad news, I was required to return to the pickup place. Not at all convenient. 200 miles and 4 hours. The trailer was great. Towed well and everything work.

Dean HI returned the trailer there during business hours but nobody was there so I never saw anyone or went inside. I spoke to Steve letting him know I dropped it off and he was very nice and friendly. No problem whatsoever.
Bryan SGreat service and was given an upgrade when the truck I reserved was not available. When I dropped off the vehicle trailer I was informed that the chains had not been secured into the vehicle.

Michael WThe owner was upset that I made my online reservation for the same day as pick-up. I rent trailers all the time. He told me to make sure I make them earlier as he was busy and did not have time for this today. He went on to say he was busy with his mechanic business and should have just closed for the day. I feel he was rude and angry. I tried to make small talk to get him to relax but it did not help. I like Uhaul and have rented dozens of pieces of equipment over the years.
