I was not aware that the store and the parking where I could pick up, are in 2 different locations. Although in the instructions which I received online, it was mentioned that I can drop the key to a dropbox at the entrance of the parking lot, I couldn’t find it. I had to go back to the convenience store to drop the key.

Have some specials more often
Richard SThe truck was parked 600 meters away and the person did not notify me prior my wife from me off Soni had to walk 600 carrying a heavy furniture dolly. The worst part it was that he charged me deposit 100 dollars even I paid with credit card and he never return me the amount he said that uhaul will return the amount through banking. When I call uhaul hotlime they told me thay in the system shows that I paid cash . That never happen because I have a receipt and my banking information is clear about that . I am suprised how you allowed these people to scam your customers and ruin your company's image. If the issue don't resolved by the end of this week I will call the police and canadian anti fraud center

John SFirst off the guy gave me the key to a truck that was boxed in so then i walk all the way back to the location which is three blocks from were you Get the keys from . Then he gives me another truck key amd tells me to move the wrong truck oht of the way and do all this rearranging not offering any compensation for doing on this on my dollar i guess for there screw up then on top at the end tries to charge me 687 dollars on a contract that isnt the truck i recieved so im not paying that bill 7787070462 call me to talk
