Robert CGreat location! I was given a vehicle that was banged up on all sides and the interior was filthy and damaged. As soon as I turned the vehicle on, there were indicator lights noting the need for vehicle maintenance. Really convenient location for pick up and drop off! And the vehicle seemed to have a reliable engine and breaks…but it was pretty neglected and beat up for such a new model.
S SThe location of the u-haul was fine - but the U-Haul online reservation it’s self was trash. Online they let me make a reservation that was never possible in the first place. I know that now because I had to call the call center to make a whole new reservation the day I went to pick up the cargo van since MY ORIGINAL RESERVATION WAS NOT VALID. the customer service people I first called were not even helpful or knowledgeable. Horrendous. Found out I was going to be overcharged. This whole situation was aggravating.

Alessandro CThe Wi-Fi was TERRIBLE, so I had a really hard time checking in. The woman at the site was really gruff. Acted like I was interrupting her watching her grandchildren and selling honey to passer’s by. Provide this site with better Wi-Fi equipment!!!
Lisa BThey try to execute the contract on a cell phone with poor cell and and no internet service at the location. Very difficult to execute. Very friendly people..difficult to execute the rental on a phone with no service. Reservation and scheduling with U haul was a nightmare. I opened a complaint with scheduling office and I am still waiting for the manager to call. My guess is they never will

Just a reminder to all locals......Maple Lawn Market has everything you will need this Spring and Summer to make your outside areas beautiful and enjoyable for you and your families. No need to drive up to Home Depot or other Garden stores!!! Go visit Angela instead! You will find everything plus more!!!

Robert YAngela was very pleasant and thoughtful! The location was pretty far from where we live but in this competitive time we were happy to have a 15' truck with a ramp--to be able to move my piano! Again, Angela was very helpful. She gets top marks!
THOMAS HI drove straight jobs for a living and the equipment was in great condition.A personal gripe is that mirrors are stationary But I have to suck that up as your business rents to the public with limited experience. I did like the the rear view camera to check if anyone was behind the truck. Hope drivers use the mirrors for reversing. I achieved my mission with the help of your cooperative staff. Enjoyed it. Earl

cierra sAfter calling to let them know I was returning the truck, I got no call back and when I delivered the truck no one was there and no one returned my call. Had to call UHaul directly to find out what to do. This review does not include the poor record keeping at UHaul itself that did not know where the contract said to return the truck. After returning it 2 days early, I got a bill for keeping it one extra day. Several phone calls needed to get a refund. WTH?
