Joseph RIt seemed that the software system that was given to them was not adequate and did not work properly, shutting off often and prolonging the check in process significantly. Very nice people, but they might shy away from continuing to be a partner if the software continues to be faulty. I was the only one there that morning but on busy days it seems to be a huge hassle.

FILIP LTruck was a piece of junk and I had to bring someone out to show damage to the truck that wasn’t documented. Felt they should have walked with me to look over the truck without being asked

DAVID PIf you rent it for 24 hours please don't call prior to it being returned before the 24 hours is up, asking when it will be returned. Also when first renting it would be the same thing,yes we know we have it for 24 hours,if I rent it from 3p-3p I have till 3pm to return it.

Megan WTrailer rental process is very streamlined at this location. If there are any other actions the user can complete online before arriving to the location, maybe incorporate those, but it didn't take me very long to be on the road with the trailer.

DAVID SWas suppose to be at 9a pickup, then they called and said 11:30a. First location didn’t have a truck, didn’t tell us until 12:09p, went to other location, couldn’t get in the drop box. Didn’t get our uhaul until 1:30p, loaded and it poured rain while we were traveling, got the things out of uhaul and some things were soaked from the uhaul leaking water. No impressed. Got $69 refunded, still don’t think that was enough. I’ve used uhaul numerous times and this was my worst experience. Not the locations fault, they were overly helpful and nice, uhaul needs to do better.
Kevin GThe dri erside door lat h on the wheel well did not match up to it's hinge. Wad unable to keep left door of trailer open while packing f on 7/29/22 as it was windy. It hit me a few times when object I was using to prop it open blew over. Ouch!

George SEverything g was fine except for the mobile pickup process. App was not working and it took me 1/2 hour to get it to work while also being on hold with mobile pickup and the chat feature. Major improvements need to be made for the mobile pickup process or someone local needs to be on call
